MY BUDDY / FAIR STAND SPONSORSHIP FORMS
LEMON SHAKE- UP VOLUNTEER FORM
"My Buddy" Sponsorship
The Sandwich Fair has always been an activity highlight for our clients, but some of them are on an extremely tight budget. Open Door’s “My Buddy” sponsorship helps to provide the extras that many of our clients cannot afford. Would you like to be their buddy and help them out?
Lemon Shake-up Sponsorship
Please consider a lemon shake-up booth sponsorship. This sponsorship helps provide all of the ingredients that go into making our delicious lemon shake-ups, thus making our booth 100% profitable! All proceeds benefit client programs and services at Open Door.
Volunteer
Can you spare three hours? Please consider helping out by working a shift at the Open Door booth. It is a fun experience and a great way to make a difference!
