Our Vision

We will continue to be a leading provider of high-quality care and services for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults in Illinois. In order to do this, we will maintain our unique culture, which fosters energized staff at every level of the organization. We will remain community based and family oriented, growing only to fill a community need, not just for the sake of growth. And finally, we will codify our collective “tribal” knowledge so we can evolve and innovate in areas we have not even begun to explore, especially through the use of technology.
